Practice Velocity was listed among the Top 50 EHRs, an exclusive list published by Medical Economics. This is the second year in a row Practice Velocity’s VelociDoc™ urgent care EMR solution has been included on the list.
Medical Economics publishes the Top 50 EHR List as a tool for physicians making EHR purchasing decisions. This is the second year Medical Economics has evaluated the financial health of EHR companies, deeming this factor important as vendors are required to meet costly new requirements including Meaningful Use 2 and conversion to ICD-10.
“It is a privilege to be among the Top 50 EHRs once again,” said David Stern, MD, CEO of Practice Velocity. “VelociDoc is always rated as the top EMR for urgent care, used by more urgent care centers than any other system. To be named among the Top 50 EHRs across all medical specialties reaffirms why we are selected by so many clients, and why they maintain a longstanding relationship with Practice Velocity.”
Companies that offer complete, ambulatory EHR systems reported revenue and other company data to Medical Economics. Medical Economics is a publication produced by ModernMedicine.
