Urgent Care Conference Speaker Mattingly

David Stern, MD, CPC has practiced urgent care medicine for more than 15 years. Partner in Physicians Immediate Care (operating 12 urgent care/occ med clinics) and CEO of Practice Velocity, LLC (providing software solutions to more than 600 urgent care centers), he authors regular columns in the Journal of Urgent Care Medicine and Immediate Care Business. He has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Urgent Care Association of America and received the Lifetime Membership Award in 2008.

Patrice Pash RN BSN COHC has assisted with starting over 85 new urgent care facilities across the United States. As a former Director of Clinical Services for a large urgent care practice and with 14 years of experience in both operations and start-up, she holds not only practical experience for day-to-day operations, but also extensive knowledge in areas such as occupational medicine services, inventory management, staffing and policy and procedure. She is a regular speaker at Urgent Care Association of America’s annual conferences.

Kelly Mattingly brings over 7 years of experience in contracting and credentialing in managed care organizations and multi-entity health systems. She holds a degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University and is Manager of Contracting and Credentialing at Physicians Immediate Care and PV Billing. She currently coordinates MCO contracting for urgent care centers in 15 states.

With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate across all product types, Mike Zelnik brings a significant amount of experience to the team. He has handled investment transactions from $1 to 32 million, and has provided tenant representation services for national accounts including Abbott Labs, Hitachi, AT&T, and Monsanto. Mike has utilized his vast experience to create services and programs to provide innovative, all encompassing real estate solutions to meet the needs of the Urgent Care Industry.
