Billing S codes with additional codes

I came across your e-mail address via web search engine. We are a new Urgent Care Center and I need some clarification on Urgent Care Billing. Are we able to bill S codes in addition to regular E&M codes? Also, do you know of any upcoming seminars for urgent care?
