Urgent Care Startup Mistakes

Practice Velocity has worked with scores of startup urgent care centers over the past several years. Our experience in both operating our own urgent care centers and in helping urgent care entrepreneurs has led to our list of mistakes physicians and administrators make in starting urgent care centers. This list is not all-inclusive, and is offered as an aid in helping others in starting urgent care centers. We have made many of these mistakes ourselves, and we have seen urgent care centers succeed quite well while obviously making one or more of these "mistakes."
