Although the urgent care community is generally very open about information, most businesses that have developed comprehensive policies and procedure manuals for their urgent care centers (very few have) consider these documents very proprietary. Without engaging an urgent care consultant, such as NMN Consultants, www.nationalmednetwork.com, I think that you may have a hard time getting a quality copy of such a document. Sorry I can’t be of more help.
