18. I have a group of ED physicians that are thinking about opening an urgent care clinic in the area. They feel it can be a good return on investment and increased quality of life. Can you give me a ballpark for startup costs for a 3-5 bed urgent care that does limited labs/plain x-rays? Do you have a salary range for urgent care physicians in North Carolina?
