22. I just read your article in the May edition of JUCM, which, by the way, was most informative. Can you tell me what dollar amount might be a reasonable amount or national average for payors to reimburse for the 99050 and 99051 codes?
Thanks for your encouraging note. Charges for these codes vary widely. You may want to use Ingenix or Wasserman to estimate for your zip code. Ranges of charges that we have seen are:
- 99050: $10 - $150
- 99051: $10 - $105
