51. We are attempting to pull some equity out of the value of our facility but are having a tough time finding business comps for a Professional Urgent Care. Does anyone have some they could forward or know of where I might be able to find some? Most practices for sale are mixed primary with some Urgent Care.

Good questions. Comps are next to impossible to come by. From word of mouth sales of UCCs seem to range from 1-6 times profits before taxes. From our experience, generally banks will only loan against AR (~80% of net AR under 90-days) and real estate. I hope this answers your question.
