We have enjoyed our initial 8 months of operation and are looking forward to opening our second clinic in August.  I am searching for data related to common industry standards for Urgent Care Centers related to Balance sheets, Profit/Loss, and other business reporting measures related to first 6 month, 1 year, 2 years, etc...  I need this info for monitoring my own center and for info needed by building owners/developers with which I'm doing business.  If you can help direct me to a resource I would be most appreciative.

It is common for an urgent care operator to invest $500-800K before seeing any profit.  Profits of up to 15-20% are seen in thriving, mature urgent care centers, each of which can generate from $2-4 million in collections.
