About Your Urgent Care Center

64. I am trying to open an urgent care center in New York and am having difficulty finding regulations.  Do you have any information that may be useful?

Thanks for dropping us a note.We have several clients in NY, and they have not run into any significant regulatory issues. They are under the same general rules as a physician office.
Practice Velocity does charting, coding and billing for urgent care centers throughout the USA. The industry response has been so enthusiastic that more urgent care centers (over 500 urgent care centers in 42 states) now use Practice Velocity for charting and coding than any other system.
Our experience tells us that, Practice Velocity will exceed your expectations with the:

  • fastest charting,
  • easiest implementation, and
  • most return on investment.

Satisfied urgent care colleagues are our number one source of new clients. We will work hard to reach peace-of-mind profitability in urgent care..

Many customers choose to use our sister company PV Billing to do their billing. Other customers use the system to process their own billing. This is your choice.
The owners of Practice Velocity also operate ten urgent care centers in Illinois and Oklahoma, and we are opening two more centers this year. We would be delighted to host your team for a full-day tour of our urgent care centers. Over 300 urgent care professional toured our urgent care operations in 2007. During the tour, we outline our entire operation, including:

  • Reception
  • Marketing
  • Site selection
  • Added services
  • Occupational medicine
  • Patient flow
  • Whatever else you wish to review

We would be delighted to host your visit. Please dog call and schedule a visit to our urgent care headquarters (only one hour from O’Hare Airport) or to schedule a web demo/discussion of our products and services. Ask for Dana (ext 2051) or Tina (ext 2052).
