69. How is it determined to charge for drugs admin in urgent care.

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking. There are specific CPT codes for IV and IM drug administration.  There are, also, HCPCS codes for many of the medications.  There is no code for po drug administration. I think that I could answer this best, if you gave me a specific scenario that you are trying to bill.I look forward to hearing from you.
