85. I attended the UCAOA confrence last month. In one of your lectures you had mentioned that several states are regulating the type of signage and names the facilities can use. I was wondering if you have additional information on this issue that I can share with my leadership teams as we are expanding in the near future. Thank you in advance.

The issue that I think you are referring to is the issue of using the words “urgent” or “emergent” in signage, name, marketing materials, or signage.  Several states (IL, DE, and MD) have banned the term “urgent care,” except for use by emergency departments.
